CUPE Steward position—one candidate dropped out, leaving 3 candidates for 3 positions.
Cyclical Program Review mentioned as critical opportunity for graduate student input

Budget proposal (Kevin Donaldson and Morgan Corbett)
Budget reset to align with academic calendar (September to August). Executive honoraria
increased by $300; hardship fund reduced to $2000 (due to anonymous donor no longer
submitting fellowship); new election fund created for ballot software; $500 allocated for
discretionary funds.
Proposed motion: Motion to pass the budget as proposed. Passed by Morgan Corbett;
